3 Stooges II

While stationed in S. Korea at Camp Pagee me and 2 others Minde and Furgeson decide we would go out drinking. At about 2100 we went out and went to a small korean club instead of the GI's club. We found whats called a room salon (a bar with small rooms instead of being open) we sat and ordered some drinks Beer with Rum chasers after a while Odishee came over and asked if we would like some female company we said yes. I stood up and told Odishee to find me a tall girl (I'm 6'3") and sure enough he did. After a couple of hours Odishee came with the bill and it came out to 55,000 won that was about 35 dollars and we didn't have enough. So doing what all good GI's do we came up with a plan (how we came up with a plan was we started talking very quickly and with strange words so the Korean Lady's couldn't under stand) we would one at a time excuse our self's and go to the Wajungshill (bathroom) one right after another. I went first (luckily) the bathroom was outside so after i did my business i took off running. About 5 minutes later Minde and then Furgeson came to the GI club and we all had a good laugh.

The Next day me and Minde wanted to go walking around away from all the GI locations so we went way up the hill (it was January and about 15 degrees) in our cool looking (thin) dragon jackets that just wreaked GI JOE about every 2 minutes it was so cold we had to stop at a store to warm up when we finally got to the top of the hill we had bought a water gun from a toy store, 3 moon pies and a Korean tape cassette. At the hill top was a bowling alley so we went inside to bowl inside the bowling alley we seen 2 of the girls we were with last night in fact it was the girl I was with and the girl Minde was with (Holy Cow) well they just smiled so we asked them if they wanted to bowl so we all had a good night even though we got frost bite.

3 Stooges

The first time I was stationed in S. Korea was in 1985 I was at Camp Pagee assigned to WSDK. One time me (Pvt. Noble) Minde (Pvt. Minde) and Ferguson (Spc. Ferguson) decided we wanted to see the sites so that Friday night when we left post we went left (the GI clubs were straight and i never did go right) after walking a mile or so we seen an outside bar so we decided to sit a drink a spell. The owner of the bar came over and began to talk to us (Korean) and we found out when he served in the Korean Army he topped out at CSM we talked for about an hour and he showed us all his pictures and then left. On the way back we seen another solider we knew and started talking (we were very drunk) as we talked we heard giggling above us when we looked there were 3 girls looking at us so (being solders) we sprinted up stairs to see the girls. They were waitresses for a quiet restaurant (we were not) and they happened to be watching Rambo 3 (in Korean) we huahd and yelled for about 5 minutes before being asked to leave. Back on the road we seen another and started talking (this is why drinking is bad) and for some reason I had the ideal to take off (running that is) up the hill about 3 minutes later and after many turns and twists i found myself completely lost. I walked around for a while and seen a cab with a girl about 15 trying to get her drunk dad out of the car and to the house so i decided to help all the while he cursed at me in Korean. After helping i tryed to find my way out for about another hour or so. When i found a cab I asked him for directions to Camp Pagee and he pointed down so i went back down to the GI Clubs and found my friends.
